LATAR BELAKANG
Persediaan barang / inventory sebagai elemen utama modal kerja merupakan aktiva yang selalu berputar yang terus menerus mengalamai perubahan, dimana besar kecilnya inventory ini mempunyai efek terhadap keuntungan perusahaan. Kesalahan dalam penetapan besarnya investasi dalam inventory akan menekan keuntungan perusahaan.
Makin banyak perusahaan menyadari bahwa pengontrolan persediaan dan tingkat pelayanan pelanggan (service level) sangat berperan dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Terutama bagi perusahaan di mana modal kerja banyak tertanam dalam persediaan, optimasi persediaan memberikan penghematan yang sangat berarti dan dengan demikian meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Workshop ini mengajak Anda mendalami teknik-teknik pengendalian persediaan dalam konsep terpadu melalui pemaparan Materi, latihan dan diskusi kasus.

TUJUAN PELATIHAN

  • Memahami konsep manajemen persediaan sbg dasar pengelolaan persediaan secara efisien & efektif.
  • Meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan dana dengan optimasi tingkat persediaan yang dikaitkan dengan tingkat pelayanan.
  • Memahami perencanaan kebutuhan bahan sesuai dengan tingkat kebutuhan produksi dan permintaan pelanggan.
