PENGANTAR :
Pergudangan memegang peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sebuah perusahaan. Barang yang disimpan digudang bisa dalam bentuk bahan baku, barang setengah jadi, suku cadang maupun produk jadi. Peningkatan produktivitas dan pelayanan pergudangan akan sangat berpengaruh pada performansi perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Pelatihan ini akan membahas strategi dan teknik untuk peningkatan produktivitas dan pelayanan pergudangan dengan minimasi biaya investasi dan operasi, juga diperkenalkan teknik kuantatif optimasi persediaan dan distribusi barang.

DURASI TRAINING :
