OVERVIEW:
Time Management sangat perlu diketahui, terutama bagi para karyawan, manager, pimpinan dan bagi siapapun, terutama bagi mereka yang mempunyai kesibukan tinggi. Sering sekali banyak orang yang kurang maksimal dalam pekerjaan, hanya karena lemah dalam pengelolaan waktu. Mengelola waktu dengan baik juga menjadi cerminan diri kita bagi pekerjaan, lingkungan dan orang lain.

Dalam workshop ini, peserta akan memahami cara mengelola waktu dengan baik dan efisien, mengetahui dan menyusun skala prioritas, perencanaan kerja, penjadwalan, dan eksekusi pekerjaan. Peserta juga akan diajarkan cara membagi tugas-tugas penting dalam waktu bersamaan, mengurangi resiko kerugian dan kegagalan serta menciptakan suasana kerja yang kondusif, melalaui hal ini juga dapat mengurangi stress akibat tingginya kesibukan kerja dan kurang pengelolaan waktu yang baik.
