Berpengalaman di bidang keuangan, dan sistem manajemen , serta mendalami terapan praktis di berbagai perusahaan internasional baik di dalam negeri maupun luar negeri, Departemen Keuangan RI, Pricewatehouse Cooper, Ernst & Young, Asian Development Bank.

Penjelasan Umum
Kredit yang dikeluarkan dari organisasi penyedia jasa keuangan, merupakan sumber laba yang paling signifikan.
Acapkali kebijaksanaan internal kredit inilah yang menentukan kemajuan usaha, maupun runtuhnya organisasi bisnis di bidang jasa keuangan.Oleh karena itu, untuk menjamin berlangsungnya dan tercapainya tujuan seperti yangb diinginkan diperlukan landasan-landasan strategis da taktis yang mendukung kemajuan dan meminimalisir tingkat resiko.Workshop ini mengajarkan bagaimana pross kredit jasa keuangan, dan implementasi kontrol yang tidak hanya bersifat kekangan, melainkan kontrol yang bersifat pendayagunaan.

Tujuan-pelatihan
Setelah pelatihan diharapkan setiap peserta mampu untuk :
1. Memahami, membuat, dan menevaluasi SOP kredit
2. Memahami filosofi kredit jasa keuangan
3. Memfasilitasi SOP dengan fungsi Kontrol daya guna
