DESKRIPSI
Hampir sebagian besar waktu para finance manager dan staf profesional finance dihabiskan dalam kegiatan sehari – hari yang berkaitan dengan pemecahan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan short – term financial management. Mulai dari memutuskan berapa dana yang dibutuhkan untuk operasional, pembayaran supplier, pembelian material hingga collection. Pelatihan ini akan menjawab permasalahan yang biasa terjadi dan solusi-solusi dengan pendekatan konseptual dan praktis. Dengan demikian dapat diharapkan para peserta akan mampu mengantisipasi permasalahan yang akan muncul serta solusi-solusinya.

- Memberikan pandangan baru atau penyegaran kepada peserta mengenai konsep dan metode short–term finance management.
