Kemampuan bernegosiasi dan memahami kontrak merupakan hal penting yang harus dikuasai setiap pihak yang terlibat dalam proses procurement. Keterbatasan skill team procurement dan komite pembelian saat melakukan negosiasi dan kontrak review dengan Supplier/Kontraktor/Seller membuat proses negosiasi berjalan tidak seimbang.
