Materi Deskripsi Pelatihan
Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membentuk pola pelayanan prima dengan mengasah dari sisi hard dan soft skill. Sisi hard skill akan dibahas metode perangkat, serta dasar hukum mengenai pelayanan prima baik dalam perancangan maupun operasinya. Sisi soft skill akan membahas motivasi dan penanaman sense of service dalam pikiran bawah sadar sehingga pelayanan akan menjadi hal yang dilakukan secara naluri dan natural.

Metode Pelatihan
Ceramah, permainan, simulasi, diskusi, implemented project dan action plan.

Tujuan Pelatihan
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, para peserta diharapkan mampu:

  • Memahami dasar – dasar pelayanan prima, metoda,dan evaluasi dan monitoring pelayanan .
  • Mampu menjalankan survei sederhana berkaitan dengan pelayanan baik external maupun internal
  • Pemahamami fungsi dan mampu membuat perangkat pelayanan
  • Mampu membangun SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
  • Mampu membuat dan menjalankan operasional pelayanan (POAC = Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling)
  • Mampu membangun Service Charter
