Latar Belakang
Tenaga Penjualan telah mengalami evolusi dari hanya sekedar mencari order (to take order) dan menjual (to sell) menjadi pemecah masalah pelanggan (customer’s problem solver) dan konsultan pemasaran (marketing consultant). Secara essensial, professional selling mencakup tiga aspek utama yaitu selling knowledge (understanding customers needs and wants and give them solution, knowing market and competition, etc), selling skills (prospecting skill, approach skill, presentation skill, etc.), dan selling attitude (shaping factors, effects, special problems, building process, etc). Melalui proses pembelajaran ini para peserta diharapkan akan memiliki KSA (Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude) professional selling yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin ketat.
