Andri menyelesaikan pendidikan terakhirnya di jurusan Manajemen Universitas Andalas dan mendapatkan Magister Manajemen dari Unversitas Padjadjaran dalam bidang Human Resource Management. Keahliannya membawakan training berada di area Leadership, Management, Sales & Marketing dan Human Resource Management termasuk juga mendisain pelatihan dan pengembangannya.
