Training Description :
Ditengah persaingan bisnis yang kian ketat, informasi keuangan perusahaan menjadi sangat penting bagi management dalam pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Namun agar informasi itu menjadi tepat guna, diperlukan informasi yang sudah memuat data-data, rasio, dan analisis yang dibutuhkan serta mudah dipahami oleh management yang tidak memiliki background financial sekalipun. Namun hal tersebut bukanlah sesuatu yang otomatis terjadi. Karena tidak jarang laporan dan analisa keuangan yang disampaikan ke management sulit dipahami, dan hanya sekedar laporan keuangan untuk pelaporan eksternal yang telah baku (Bapepam, Pajak, dan lain-lain)

Untuk memenuhi kriteria tersebut, seorang PIC reporting dan analist financial harus dituntut memiliki tidak hanya pengetahuan yang terkait dengan aspek financial, namun juga bisnis proses perusahaan serta pengetahuan prinsip-prinsip penyusunan laporan yang baik. Proses ini sudah harus dimulai dari saat penyiapan monthly/annual closing, penyusunan laporan, management review, hingga audit oleh eksternal auditor.

Training ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta kemampuan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan dan dapat membuat informasi analisa keuangan yang informatif bagi manajemen. Sehingga informasi itu akan menjadi panduan yang valid terhadap keputusan manajemen yang akan dieksekusi.
