Materi Seminar / Workshop Description :

Etika dan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik melalui telepon dengan bahasa universal (English Language) merupakan tuntutan yang tidak bisa dihindarkan guna membentuk & menjaga image yang baik dari perusahaan tersebut.
Selain itu juga, diharapkan mereka yang bekerja di perusahaan tersebut dapat mengurangi keluhan dari pihak supplier, external & internal customer.

Objectives
