Berpengalaman dalam lingkungan internasional yang jangka waktunya tidak terbatas seperti di Hongkong (5 tahun), Turkey (3 tahun), Eropa (4 tahun), disana pun bekerja pada perusahaan Multinasional dan bergabung dengan organisasi internasional United National Development Program (UNDP). Pengalaman karir di PT Unilever Indonesia dan Conoco Indonesia Inc. Di bidang Sekretaris, Training and Development, serta Head of Man Power Planning dan Development dengan total pengalaman selama lebih dari 15 tahun. Selain itu beliau mengajar di beberapa lembaga pengembangan kepribadian terkemuka di Jakarta.
