a. Pengendalian Dokumen, tata cara peminjaman dokumen

d. Pembuatan jadwal retensi, mekanisme penentuan retensi
e. Penyusutan dan pemusnahan dokumen

6. Sarana Pemberkasan Elektronik
a. Manfaat alih media arsip dari hardcopy menjadi softcopy.
b. Langkah alih media; evaluasi kebutuhan, instalasi, scanning, pengawasan, pemeliharaan.
c. Kebijakan akses: otorisasi/akses, log in, PIN, password, kerahasiaan & kejujuran.
d. Manajemen file: membuat document profile, mengatur wewenang user (access privilege), bagaimana data diakses, dihapus, dicopy, diedit, dicetak, diforward, ditransfer.

7. Penggunaan Program Miscrosoft Excel
a. Pengenalan Document
b. Menyusun directory dan folder soft copy maupun hard copy
c. Mencari dokumen soft copy dan hard copy keyword search.
d. Distribusi dokumen (mengirim dokumen).
e. Versioning (Update dokumen)
