Materi Bahasan: (Teknik Presentasi Bisnis dalam Bahasa Inggris)

1. Pengertian & tujuan presentasi, formula Komunikasi, analisis isi pesan, analisis pendengar, hambatan komunikasi.
2. Persiapan presentasi, pada saat presentasi, persyaratan presenter, membangun rasa percaya diri sebagai seorang presenter, etiket presentasi, strategi komunikasi
3. Menyusun materi; outline, storyboard, catatan, informative speaking, persuasive speaking.
4. 3 V dalam presentasi: vocal, verbal, visual/non verbal (penampilan, body language, alat bantu visual).
5. Menghadapi audience: mendengarkan audience (active listening), feed back, tanya jawab, menghadapi situasi sulit & kegugupan.

Wajib diikuti oleh
1. Account executive, salesman, customer service, marketing officer.
2. First line manager, manager yang banyak melakukan presentasi dengan rekan bisnis.
